Strongly alkaline detergent. Used in the food industry:
- for washing heavily dirty and greasy plastic, stainless steel and ceramic surfaces by hand or in machines, as well as floors;
- for washing smoking stoves, ovens, trays, grills, drafts and other equipment;
- for circular washing of pipelines, devices and tanks (including in the dairy industry);
- for the elimination of strong dirt with the help of high-pressure washing equipment.

Biodegradable. pH: >12.
